I’m fascinated by the human experience.

And we happen to be living through a rather extraordinary moment. Technology is becoming woven into almost every part of our lives, while AI is accelerating what’s possible at a pace that’s difficult to comprehend.

A little context

How we work. How we communicate. How we learn, make decisions and access the things we need. More and more of what it means to be human happens alongside technology, through it, or because of it.

That makes me curious.

I’ve always been drawn to people and the stories underneath complicated things. Storytelling shaped how I learned to look at the world, and I bring that instinct into my work as a Senior Product Designer at Nourish Care, designing B2B SaaS products in a complex, very human environment.

I’ve worked across healthcare, retail, travel and media, but the context is less interesting to me than the people within it.

What I’m curious about

I want to understand what sits beneath the experience.

How do we think, behave and make sense of the systems around us? What happens when someone is tired, distracted or overwhelmed? What happens when technology assumes a level of time, confidence, literacy or access that someone doesn’t have?

What might change if technology adapted to people, rather than continually asking people to adapt to it?

Those questions have taken me towards cognition, neuroscience, accessibility and digital inequality, and I’m increasingly interested in where these fields intersect.

I’m interested in the space where people, technology and the systems around us meet.

Thinking out loud

I share some of what I’m learning through speaking, creating and exploring these questions through research.

There’s a lot I don’t know yet.

That’s part of the appeal.

If you’re curious about the same questions, I’d love to think them through together.
